Job summary

Accenture Philippines seeks a Delivery Lead Sr Manager to oversee service delivery across client portfolios in a hybrid work setup. This role emphasizes leadership in delivering complex solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.

You will support sales opportunities, build client relationships with the Account Leadership team, and drive the service delivery strategy while managing staffing and performance to meet SLA commitments.

Qualifications

• >12 years of relevant experience in Service Delivery.
• <10 years of supervisory experience.
• Standard SDL profile is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support sales opportunities and delivery of the solution by leveraging Accenture’s full capabilities.
• Build client relationships with the Client Account Leadership team.
• Lead the service delivery strategy across one or more client portfolios.
• Address performance issues and implement improvement plans to meet project targets and SLA commitments.
• Manage people engagement, recruiting and staffing to optimize delivery targets.
• Provide weekly to bi-weekly direction on priorities and task assignments.
• Understand and communicate consequences for mistakes to protect team and company reputation.
• Involved in risk mitigation decisions for multiple teams and may be involved in risk decisions for their business area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support sales opportunities and delivery of the solution by leveraging Accenture’s full capabilities
• Build client relationships in collaboration with the Client Account Leadership team
• Lead the service delivery strategy across one or more client portfolios
• Address performance issues and implement continuous improvement plans to achieve project targets and SLA commitments
• Manage people engagement, recruiting and staffing to optimize delivery targets
• Typically receives direction and feedback from their supervisor on setting priorities or assigning and managing tasks on a weekly to bi-weekly basis
• Expected consequences for mistakes in their work would include missing team deadlines, damaging their team's reputation within Accenture, and damaging Accenture's reputation, and may be escalated to a managing director

Involved in risk mitigation decisions for multiple teams and may be involved in risk mitigation decisions for their business area
