You will review incoming work, provide clear directions, and act as a subject matter expert for senior clients while coordinating with project managers on large initiatives. A strong background in service delivery and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience in Service Delivery.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry or other client-related tasks as needed.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of processes and systems.
• Make decisions about daily operations, including work assignments and scheduling.
• Manage workloads and provide development opportunities.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of outgoing work.
• Develop support materials for team use.
• Prepare and analyze complex reports.
• Ensure client responsibilities are met according to agreements.
• Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for senior clients.
• Address complex issues and implement resolutions.
• Identify and implement team improvement opportunities.
• Direct work within budget guidelines.
• Collaborate with project managers on large projects.
• Analyze quality audits and develop process improvements.
• Provide operational statistics and escalating issues.
• Plan and facilitate team meetings and presentations.
• Create and monitor annual team objectives.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Standard Associate Manager profile
• At least 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in Service Delivery
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience
