Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines seeks a Delivery Lead Senior Manager to provide strategic leadership for regulatory compliance operations across large-scale global delivery teams. The role centers on governance, risk management, and client governance, with a return-to-office setup in Quezon Cyberpark Tower 3.

You will drive compliance programs, AML/KYC and regulatory readiness, manage audits, and partner with legal, risk, security, and business leaders to sustain a proactive culture of compliance

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of relevant experience in Service Delivery.
• At least 10 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks and audits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee compliance operations across global delivery teams, ensuring adherence to regulatory, contractual, and client requirements.
• Establish, implement, and continuously improve governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks to support operational excellence.
• Serve as the primary compliance subject matter expert in AML/KYC, Financial Crime, Regulatory Compliance, Audit Readiness, and Operational Risk.
• Manage client-facing governance forums, executive stakeholder engagements, audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance assessments.
• Drive proactive risk identification, control testing, policy governance, and remediation activities to minimize operational and regulatory exposure.
• Ensure audit readiness and successful execution of internal, external, and client audits through robust controls and documentation practices.
• Lead large-scale, multi-site teams while driving workforce performance, capability development, and a culture of compliance and accountability.
• Partner with clients, legal, risk, security, and business leadership teams to address regulatory requirements and emerging compliance risks.
• Champion continuous improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency while maintaining compliance obligations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends, translating requirements into operational controls, processes, and governance practices.
• Oversee third-party and vendor compliance activities, including due diligence, outsourcing governance, contractual compliance, and regulatory reporting.
• Provide strategic insights and executive-level reporting on compliance performance, risk exposure, audit outcomes, and operational health.
