Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in Travel & Expense.
• Strong knowledge of T&E policies, reimbursement processes, and compliance requirements.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in PTP specific to T&E; at least 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Process, audit, and manage employee travel and expense claims.
• Ensure accurate, timely reimbursements and policy adherence.
• Support the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process with strong attention to detail.

POSITION TITLE: Procure to Pay Operations Senior Analyst
WORK SETUP: RTO
OVERALL PURPOSE: The Travel & E Analyst is responsible for processing, auditing, and managing employee travel and expense claims in accordance with company policies and compliance standards. This role supports the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process by ensuring accurate, timely reimbursements, policy adherence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in Travel & Expense
• Strong knowledge of T&E policies, reimbursement processes, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with T&E tools such as Navan, Concur, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/GSheets (basic formulas, pivot tables preferred).
• Has knowledge in automation (e.g., Power Automate/UiPath/Chat GPT), analytics (Power BI), and system configuration knowledge across enterprise T&E platforms (nice to have)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle high transaction volumes.
