Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Travel & Expense (T&E) Analyst within the Procure-to-Pay team. The role handles processing, auditing, and managing employee travel and expense claims in line with policy, ensuring timely reimbursements and compliance.

You'll use Navan, Concur, SAP, Oracle, or Workday, and support automation and analytics with Power BI. Night shift in Quezon, Gateway Tower 2; weekends off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in Travel & Expense
• Strong knowledge of T&E policies, reimbursement processes, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with T&E tools such as Navan, Concur, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/GSheets (basic formulas, pivot tables preferred).
• Has knowledge in automation (e.g., Power Automate/UiPath/Chat GPT), analytics (Power BI), and system configuration knowledge across enterprise T&E platforms (nice to have)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle high transaction volumes.

POSITION TITLE: Procure to Pay Operations Senior Analyst

WORK SETUP: RTO

OVERALL PURPOSE: The Travel & Expense (T&E) Analyst is responsible for processing, auditing, and managing employee travel and expense claims in accordance with company policies and compliance standards. This role supports the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process by ensuring accurate, timely reimbursements, policy adherence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in PTP specific to T&E
• At least 1 year supervisory experience
