Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Vietnamese bilingual Accounts Payable Analyst in the Philippines (Muntinlupa) for a Return to Office setup. You will process AP transactions, including PO and non-PO invoices, respond to vendor inquiries, and ensure accurate posting by EOD.

Strong English communication and teamwork are required, with at least 2 years in accounting/AP and proficiency in MS Office. Experience with AP systems and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure

• At least 2 years' work experience.
• Vietnamese bilingual: native to fluent.

Responsibilities

• Handle AP activities assigned by AP Team Lead.
• Process medium to difficult AP transactions.
• Process invoices with and without PO.
• Respond to vendor inquiries.
• Ensure invoices are properly accounted at end of day.
• Index invoices before processing by Payments Processor.
• Work with scanning and AP applications.
• Process payments transactions and T&E related payments.
• Liaise with client and bank on payments.

OVERALL PURPOSE

The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for processing AP transactions from medium to high complexity and task assigned by AP Team Lead.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsibility for activities assigned by the Accounts Payable Team Lead
• Processes transactions of medium to difficult complexity
• Processes pre-coded invoices, including those with and without a purchase order. Invoice Processor may be required to process one or all these types of invoices (with PO, without PO)
• Respond to vendor inquiries.
• Ensures that all invoices assigned are properly accounted for at the end of each business day.
• Receives scanned invoices from Scanning Center.
• Responsible for indexing of invoices before these are processed by the Payments Processor.
• Has working knowledge of both scanning and Accounts Payable application.
• Processing of payments transactions.
• Analyze vendor statements
• Manage Payment Posting Process including verifying error and perform resolution, Act as liaison to the client.
• Responsible for the following tasks related to payments: Act as main contact with the Bank regarding payments queries, Process T&E related payment and Process cheque payment
• Manage travel and entertainment process including Processing and validating approval of T&E reports and Processing, reviewing, and releasing for payment/rejecting electronic expense reports
• Monitor and follow up on lost/missing receipts
• Written and spoken ability to communicate in English for BPO interaction (not contact center)
• Previous accounting experience/studies in particular AP
• Must be a good team player
• Responsibility and accuracy in the completion of received tasks
• Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
• Flexibility, especially in the period of month/quarter/year-end closing
• Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks (thinking outside the box is a plus)
• Experience with accounting systems
• Microsoft Office skills
