Job summary

S&R Membership Shopping is seeking an Inbound Operations role to support daily inbound processes across receiving and storage areas in Calamba City. You will coordinate with suppliers and transporters, verify shipments, and maintain accurate records to ensure timely receipt of goods.

• Willing to work onsite at Calamba City and full onsite.

• Assist in managing daily inbound operations to ensure the timely and accurate receipt of goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and operations personnel to ensure smooth inbound activities.
• Verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and completeness of documentation.
• Monitor receiving activities and maintain accurate receiving, inventory, and shipment records.
• Assist in managing product movement between receiving and storage areas.
• Monitor inbound performance and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and inventory control standards.
• Prepare and maintain inbound reports and related documentation.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by Management.
