Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Collection Representative - Dayshift, onsite in Pasay, to drive recovery outcomes by reviewing claims, coordinating with insurers and third parties, and negotiating settlements. You will contribute to accurate file progression and customer satisfaction within a global team.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in collections or negotiation-heavy roles, strong English, and experience with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Prefer 2–4 years in collections or negotiation-heavy voice roles.
• Experience in insurance claims or AU/UK/NZ markets is a plus.
• Strong written English and negotiation maturity are required.
• Proficient with CRM or case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recovery files from demand through settlement and closure.
• Maintain accurate, structured, and compliant file notes within CRM systems.
• Proactively manage portfolio ageing, prioritizing high-value and aged accounts.
