The role partners with payroll, HR, finance, compliance, and external vendors to ensure accurate, timely payroll execution. This position is hybrid on night shift with a focus on operational discipline and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance or related field.
• Extensive experience in payroll operations and shared services.
• Experience leading teams in service delivery or operations.
• Knowledge of US/Canada payroll and timekeeping processes.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manila-based payroll back-office and timekeeping support for US/Canada payroll processes.
• Manage day-to-day payroll input review, data validation and reconciliations.
• Oversee timekeeping operations that impact payroll accuracy and escalation management.
• Ensure payroll back-office transactions are completed accurately, on time, and per service levels.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement standard operating procedures.
