Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst with strong Dayforce expertise to support, stabilise, and improve our Dayforce environment. You will join the global People Technology team, serving as an extension of our North American HRIS group to keep the system running accurately and reliably.

This is an asynchronous role requiring clear written communication, disciplined documentation, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Dayforce administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Process Dayforce transactions and manage change approvals.
• Configure Dayforce across Core HR, Time & Attendance, and Benefits.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for stakeholders.
• Safeguard data integrity through HRIS audits and data validation.
• Support payroll and timekeeping by reconciling data and resolving issues.
• Execute testing/UAT for system upgrades and new modules.
• Monitor integrations and document failures and resolutions.
• Manage user access and conduct access audits within governance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date process maps, data flows, and controls.
