Qualifications

• Experience managing an area, cluster, or multiple stores.
• Strong understanding of operational KPIs and performance metrics.
• Retail industry background is required.
• Strategic thinker who can contribute to operational improvements and business growth.
• Proactive and results-oriented.
• Based in Davao.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales performance and operational excellence across multiple stores.
• Create and manage store business plans, forecast sales, and budgets.
• Monitor branch performance and coordinate with Store Managers.
• Identify underperforming stores and develop corrective plans.
• Oversee stock management targets and merchandising supply.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Lead and develop store teams, implementing succession plans and training.
