Job summary

MRI Software Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented data entry specialist for our hybrid work arrangement in Ortigas, with 2 days from home. You will update existing records, resolve data issues, and document data flow to ensure clean master data.

Prior customer service or software support is valuable for success. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and strong communication as you handle varied data entry tasks and support projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in customer support.
• Experience in customer service; software support preferred.
• Customer focus and a passion for support.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Aptitude for technology.
• Experience in residential property management is a plus.
• Experience with real estate management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately update existing data in the company’s database.
• Achieve quota of record touches.
• Resolve data entry issues and errors.
• Track and document received data.
• Enter data from source documents into computer per on-screen format and codes.
• Make corrections to information entered when needed.
• Transmit entered information into database.
• Participate in management projects to resolve items such as bad phone and refused records.
