Job description

-> Perform day-to-day monitoring and triage of Microsoft Purview DLP alerts and incidents, classify severity, and escalate confirmed violations as per the agreed escalation matrix.

-> Execute assigned policy changes, safe-list additions and exception requests through the change process, following approved runbooks and SOPs.

-> Support phased rollout waves by preparing user and device scoping lists, tracking wave progress, and recording deployment evidence.

-> Support sensitivity label publishing, label policy assignment and application compatibility checks under the guidance of the DLP Specialist.

-> Run auto-labeling simulations on SharePoint Online and OneDrive repositories, capture match results and share tuning observations.

-> Handle end-user queries and service tickets relating to labels, policy tips, blocked actions and BYOD application protection, within agreed response timelines.

-> Prepare periodic operational reports and dashboards covering alert trends, policy coverage, false positives and open exceptions.

-> Maintain configuration records, runbooks, SOPs and knowledge base articles, and keep documentation current after every change.

-> Good communication skills with the ability to work with end users and business teams during rollout and hypercare.

Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900); SC-401 desirable
