Job summary

Integrated Flow Systems LLC (UCT) is seeking a Data Protection Analyst to join our Cebu team. You will configure and use Microsoft Purview, monitor alerts, and investigate data loss or misuse activities.

The role involves analyzing user activity, refining DLP and labeling policies, supporting classifications across Microsoft 365 workloads, and collaborating with IT, Security, Legal, and HR to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in information security, data protection, or compliance.
• Microsoft Purview (DLP, labeling, insider risk, audit).
• Data classification and governance fundamentals.
• Microsoft 365 platforms (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and use Microsoft Purview solutions including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Sensitivity labeling
• Monitor alerts and investigate potential data loss or misuse activities
• Escalate high-risk incidents and support response efforts
• Analyze user activity and data movement to identify potential risks
• Assist in refining DLP and labeling policies to reduce false positives
• Support classification initiatives across Microsoft 365 workloads
• Assist in audit activities and maintain documentation for compliance reporting
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Legal, and HR on investigations
