Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking a Data Processing Administrator to onsite at Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay, with a Day Shift. You will review and validate customer applications, approve or return items on web platforms, and escalate system issues when needed.

The role requires strong data accuracy, fast typing, and comfort using Excel/Google Sheets, supporting daily and weekly performance reporting for clients.

• File Verification: Experience reviewing documents and validating data for accuracy.
• System Aptitude: Comfort navigating multiple web-based tools and databases.
• Escalation Management: Ability to identify and report technical issues affecting daily output.
• Basic Reporting: Experience collecting and organizing basic work metrics.

Responsibilities

• Approve, reject, or return applications using web-based client platforms.
• Escalate system issues and technical glitches according to established procedures.

Your Role

As a Data Processing Administrator, you will:
