Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a Data Maintenance Specialist to manage master and transactional data across ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will onboard requests, perform gatekeeping, and produce reliable data for business processes.

Based in Ortigas, Pasig, the role requires 4 onsite days per week with one work-from-home day, and collaboration with Operations, Planning, IT, and data teams. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Power Apps is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Engineering or related fields.
• 1–3 years in Master Data Management or related SCM/Logistics data roles.
• Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel capabilities.
• Knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI is a plus; Claude AI is an advantage.
• Able to work with stakeholders with minimal supervision and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Onboard data maintenance responsibilities from sending teams.
• Create Master Data in ERP systems from received requests.
• Gather Master Data requirements for projects and conduct UAT when required.
• Prepare work instructions, process flows, and user guidelines.
• Perform data safeguarding and challenge requests as needed.
• Develop MS Excel reports and extract ERP LN data reports.
• Support KPI dashboards maintenance and data quality initiatives.
• Coordinate with Data Transformation Office and cross‑functional teams.
