Job summary

Straive is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end data conversion lifecycle, from extraction and mapping to transformation, validation, and delivery. You will ensure high data quality and maintain strong client relationships across complex pipelines.

In this role you will lead a team of data specialists, optimize workflows, and drive SLA compliance while identifying automation opportunities to improve throughput and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a supervisory role within a BPO or data-centric operation.
• Strong grasp of the data conversion lifecycle (ETL, schema mapping, data validation, and unstructured-to-structured processing).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, IT, Engineering, Math, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, process-mapping, and client communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Data Lifecycle Oversight: Manage end-to-end data transformation, mapping, cleansing, and validation workflows across structured and unstructured datasets.
• Process & SLA Optimization: Analyze client specs to streamline pipelines, implement automation, shorten turnarounds, and maintain strict SLA/data governance standards.
• Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and capacity-plan for team leaders and data specialists to meet high accuracy and throughput targets.
• Client Management: Serve as an operational contact for client reports, project updates, and quality improvement initiatives.
