Straive in the Philippines is hiring a Senior Solution Consultant (Data Engineering, Python, Snowflake) to design, build, and operate production-grade data solutions end-to-end, from problem framing to deployment and monitoring.

You will craft scalable data pipelines on AWS and Snowflake, optimize datasets, apply software engineering practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to enable advanced analytics and AI use cases.

Qualifications

• Design, build, and operate production-grade software and data solutions end-to-end.
• Design and implement reliable data pipelines using AWS and Snowflake.
• Model and optimise Snowflake datasets to enterprise standards.
• Apply clean code, modular design, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Use AI-assisted engineering as part of daily development work.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate production-grade software and data solutions end-to-end, from problem definition and architecture through implementation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement data pipelines using AWS and Snowflake across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources.
• Model, curate, and optimise Snowflake datasets, schemas, and data structures for downstream consumers.
• Promote engineering practices including clean code, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and secure design.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust data solutions.
• Identify opportunities to enable advanced analytics and AI use cases.
• Utilise AI-assisted engineering to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation while maintaining quality.
