Job summary

Straive is seeking a Change Management Analyst who turns insights into action by blending data analytics, process improvement and change management to drive tangible outcomes.

You will analyze current processes, leverage AI-driven insights for decision making, and lead or support change initiatives from planning through execution while collaborating across teams to ensure smooth implementation of changes.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analytics, ideally including exposure to AI tools or platforms.
• Proven ability to lead or implement real change in a project.
• Strong understanding of process orientation and optimization.
• Familiarity with finance processes is a plus.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
