Job summary

SGS is seeking a Data Analyst (Back Office) in the Philippines with experience in invoicing, SAP and LIMS. The role focuses on sample registration, invoicing, and data management within a fast-paced environment. Strong English, accuracy, and deadlines-driven work are essential.

Responsibilities include generating invoices, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring compliance with ISO-like standards. A minimum of 3 years in a data entry or invoicing role is preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of secondary education is required.
• 3 years of data entry experience is required.
• ISO/IEC 17025 experience is preferred.
• Administrative (invoicing) experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers samples onto LIMS to create work orders accurately.
• Communicates discrepancies to supervisor for resolution.
• Applies QC protocols to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Generates acknowledgement for work orders and distributes to clients.
• Links price lists and quotations to work orders.
• Ensures invoicing instructions are followed to improve production efficiency.
• Generates customer invoices and statements for clients.
• Follows up with clients regarding payment.
• Maintains accurate data input and reports from files/databases.
• Follows health, safety and environmental policies.
• May be assigned ad hoc projects.
