Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of Data Management and Data Governance.
• Experience leading data governance initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Pro-active attitude with continuous process improvement.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communications skills.
• Experience with SAP/ERP (MDG, SD, MM, FICO, BODS) and related data systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain enterprise data definitions, business rules, and standards.
• Lead data governance initiatives and SLA/KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with teams to improve data quality and processes.
• Create data quality documents and SOPs.
• Coach the Master Data Specialist on governance processes.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor data activities.
