Job summary

Crawford Mondiales in Iloilo, Philippines, is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to provide accurate data entry support for the organization and its clients. You will encode information into automated systems following SOP, check for accuracy, communicate for corrections, and maintain confidentiality while meeting turnaround times.

The role also involves supporting business processes, responding to queries, and handling routine administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• 0–1 year of data entry, administrative and/or database management work experience.
• Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Keen attention to details in order to produce quality output.
• Maintains high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Interpersonal skills - Able to work independently and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Encodes information into various automated systems following Crawford SOPs.
• Checks data entered for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicates with concerned persons to request additional information or confirm corrections.
• Adheres to turnaround times to complete data entry.
• Routes processes to other BPAs as needed and responds to queries in a customer-oriented way.
• Refers matters beyond authority to immediate supervisor and protects confidentiality.
