The role focuses on reviewing client information, identifying adjustments, and preparing reports while maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to SOPs.

You will collaborate with processors and supervisors to ensure accurate routing and issue resolution, supporting diverse business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related course.
• At least two (2) years working experience in a claims or insurance management services.
• Proficient typing skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet softwares.
• Analytical skills - Identify and evaluate information.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Keen attention to details in order to produce quality output.
• Maintains high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Interpersonal skills - Able to work independently and as a team member.

Responsabilités

• Information Review: Processes client information by adhering to SOPs and turnaround times; identifies adjustments and variances to reconcile; summarizes information for necessary reports; liaises with other processors to reconcile issues.
• Business Process Support: Resolves issues and inquiries in a customer-oriented approach; ensures proper file management with documentation; routes tasks to appropriate processors; refers matters beyond authority to supervisor; protects confidentiality; performs related administrative duties as assigned; non-clinical staff should not interpret clinical information.
