Responsibilities

• Encode, enter, and update data into company systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Review and verify information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Organize, maintain, and update digital and physical records as needed.
• Identify and report discrepancies, missing information, or errors in data entries.
• Ensure proper filing, documentation, and record management.
• Handle confidential information responsibly and follow company data privacy policies.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Salary: ₱15,000/month
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – onsite reporting once or twice a month
