Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years hands-on data engineering experience, with 2+ years in people management.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Data Tools engineering team, driving initiatives from conception to production for scalable, reliable data platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and leaders to define scope and deliverables across the data platform lifecycle.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering ownership, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
