Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Tools engineering team from conception to production.
• Partner with stakeholders to define scope and technical deliverables for the data platform.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage sprint planning and PI planning.
• Own the data governance strategy and scalable architecture for metadata and real-time processing.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks with clear stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate resource allocation and ensure on-time delivery.
• Establish data engineering best practices and security standards.
