• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, with 2+ years as a people manager.
• Experience in FinTech or high-growth tech environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Data Tools engineering team across initiatives.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and leaders to define scope and deliverables.
• Drive data governance strategy and real-time processing solutions.
