MicroSourcing is seeking a Data Engineer / Data Scientist to transform operational, commercial, financial, and customer data into actionable insights that improve route density, pricing, service reliability, customer retention, and profitability. You will integrate data from routing, dispatch, CRM, billing, accounting, telematics, safety, and customer service systems.

The role requires strong SQL, Python or R, and experience with Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• Minimum 3 years in data analytics, BI, data science, or decision support.
• Strong SQL and Python or R for analysis and modeling.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Transform data across routing, dispatch, CRM, billing, and safety into actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership and operations.
• Analyze route profitability, stop density, and pricing realization.
• Build forecasting, segmentation, and anomaly-detection models.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to translate questions into analytical solutions.
