Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will gather and clean data using SQL, Excel, and Python, build datasets, and create visualizations with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Google Apps Script.

You will present findings to stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams to enhance data reliability and foster a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3+ years of data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence experience.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).

Responsibilities

• Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to build robust datasets.
• Analysis & Modeling: Describe trends, identify drivers, and perform simple forecasting.
• Visualization & Dashboards: Create dashboards and insight summaries using BI tools.
• Automation & Efficiency: Build automated workflows for recurring analyses.
• Collaboration: Partner with analysts and architects to enable scalable analytics.
• Governance & Documentation: Document methodologies and ensure data quality.
