Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Data & Analytics Specialist to transform operational, financial, and customer data into actionable insights. You will improve route density, pricing, service reliability, and customer retention by building models and dashboards across routing, dispatch, CRM, and billing systems.

You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Compliance, and IT, creating reproducible datasets and KPI reporting for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• Minimum three years in data analytics, BI, data science, or decision support.
• Strong SQL and Python or R for analysis and modeling.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for visualization.
• Ability to clean, validate, and explain findings to nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Transform data into actionable insights to improve route density, pricing, and service reliability.
• Integrate data from routing, dispatch, CRM, billing, and operations systems.
• Develop dashboards, recurring reports, and KPI reporting for leaders and teams.
• Analyze route profitability, drive time, stop density, pricing realization, and churn.
• Build forecasting, segmentation, optimization, and anomaly-detection models.
• Support integration of acquired data by standardizing metrics and mapping datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate questions into analytics.
• Create reproducible datasets, SQL queries, data quality checks, and documented code.
• Present findings with clear business language, outlining impact and next steps.
• Maintain data confidentiality and security across systems.
