Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Data Science Engineer to transform diverse data into actionable insights across operations, pricing, and customer metrics. You will develop dashboards, forecasting, and segmentation models while collaborating with cross-functional teams during U.S. business hours.

The role requires a strong SQL background and proficiency in Python or R, with experience in Power BI or Tableau and a commitment to data quality and governance. Hybrid night shift in Manila area is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• At least three years of relevant analytics/BI experience.
• Strong SQL skills and Python or R for analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to clean and reconcile imperfect datasets for nontechnical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to collaborate during US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Transform data into actionable insights to improve route density, pricing, service reliability, and growth.
• Integrate and validate data from routing, dispatch, CRM, billing, and other systems.
• Develop dashboards, recurring reports, and KPI reporting for leadership.
• Build forecasting, segmentation, optimization, and anomaly-detection models.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Sales, and IT to translate questions into analytics.
