Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in data reporting or BI.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and D365 reporting tools (Power BI is a plus).
• Collaborate with business units to translate reporting requirements into solutions.
• Monitor data quality and performance of reporting solutions.
• D365 Data Management and ETL from Dynamics 365 and in-house systems.
• Ensure data integrity across D365 and reporting systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve data governance and standards.
• Identify gaps in reports or data flows and propose enhancements.
