Job summary

Xerox is seeking a Product Operations Manager for hardware and software in Cebu City, Philippines. The role focuses on product development, launch activities, and competitive analysis across Lexmark device offerings.

You’ll drive portfolio strategy and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely market success. Responsibilities include developing go-to-market plans, pricing models, and coordinating with R&D, marketing, and geo-finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Business Development; printing/imaging industry is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Working knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Data analysis and deriving insights from complex datasets.
• Excellent business English communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive web research and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Willingness to work across time zones or shifts.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth and opportunity areas for assigned product segments.
• Provide competitive insights for product positioning, strategy, and value proposition of Lexmark devices.
• Monitor pricing and cost per page vs competitors to support product positioning.
• Manage country/geo readiness artifacts.
• Develop and propose business strategies and value propositions for Lexmark devices and software.
• Manage CSTL activity for new products.
• Research and analyze printing industry and competition on features, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop and execute product launch plans and timelines.
• Create price/positioning models vis-à-vis competitors for Portfolio Managers.
• Manage product model setup and updates in Enovia.
• Coordinate with product planners, pricing, R&D, marketing, and geo finance on projects.
• Lead competitive studies and launch presentations for cross-functional teams.
• Drive standardization and simplification of processes; improve research and visualization methods.
