Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking a Product Operations Manager (POM) for hardware and software as part of the Offerings Portfolio Strategy and Performance Team in Lexmark. The role centers on product development, launch activities, and competitive landscape analysis for printer hardware and software features, prices and channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Business Development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent command of business English.
• Experience in web research and translating findings into insights.
• Willingness to work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities in assigned product segments and provide competitive insights.
• Develop product operations plans and launch timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with R&D, pricing, marketing, and geo finance.
• Drive process standardization and improve research/reporting visualization.

Education

Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Business Development
