The role blends project management, product operations, and collaboration across engineering, QA, and product management to deliver core functionality updates and platform improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, product operations, or program management within software or technology.
• Ability to translate business strategy into executable development plans.
• Proven track record working with software development teams (Agile preferred).
• Strong communication and cross‑functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management for Xerox Cloud Fleet Management feature development, maintenance, and releases.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution across engineering, QA, product management, and stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance and KPIs to inform future enhancements.
