Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Experience with mortgage industry business processes and procedures.
• Prior experience working with controls and audits.

Responsibilities

• Follow documented procedures to prepare files for review and submission to Federal Home Loan Banks and the Federal Reserve Bank.
• Suggest and implement improvements to procedures.
• Perform data analysis on the portfolio of loan collateral.
• Gather and review documents, data, and supporting evidence for collateral reviews, audits, and control testing.
• Test eligibility rule changes to ensure proper implementation.
• Build and execute SQL queries and Alteryx workflows.
• Compile and analyze data reporting across multiple systems.
• Support application testing and process improvement initiatives.
• Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
