Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking an MIS Analyst to deliver exceptional reporting and data insights across the contact center. You will develop and distribute dashboards and scorecards, ensure data integrity, and work with workforce and site leaders to refine reporting requirements.

The role involves transforming large data sets into actionable insights to drive performance. You will automate reports with macros, leverage Excel, SQL, and BI tools to create understandable visualizations and KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience with data analysis and preparation.
• Experience in extracting data from CMS and other reporting platform.
• Strong data analytics and creation of reports.
• Experience in automating tasks/reports to reduce cycle time and defects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute Contact Center reporting.
• Modify, revise, and update scorecards, dashboards, Aux/productivity, and other operational needed reports.
• Responsible for data integrity, accuracy of all reporting requirements.
• Collaborates with Workforce leaders, Senior Site managers and Sales leaders to create or modify reporting.
• Analyze data to ensure integrity and structure data to support business recommendations.
