Job summary

iRhythm Technologies in Manila is seeking a Data Analyst in Supply Chain to support data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development across Procure-to-Pay, Demand Planning, Order Management, and Logistics. You will transform data into actionable insights to improve operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years of data mining experience, advanced Excel, and Tableau skills, with familiarity with Snowflake.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics.
Three or more years of experience mining data as a data analyst.
Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Tableau.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI tracking tools for Supply Chain operations.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and process improvement recommendations.
Generate recurring and ad hoc reports that provide meaningful insights to business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into analytical solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making.
Monitor key Supply Chain performance metrics and proactively identify anomalies or emerging trends.
Support data storytelling by presenting insights in a clear and actionable manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable reporting and analytics solutions.
Maintain data quality standards and assist in governance of reporting structures and KPI definitions.
