We're looking for aJunior Coding & Data Coordinatorto support our client, HR Transport, a fuel delivery company. We want someone who has experience with coding and "vibe coding" (using AI tools to build and automate things quickly), and who can also handle day-to-day data entry and admin support. You'll split your time between building small tools/scripts that make our processes more efficient and doing the hands-on data work that keeps operations running smoothly.This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who loves building things with code and AI, and also enjoys keeping data clean and organized.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare accurate reports to support the operations
• Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date records
• Download, organize, and manage data from different tools and systems into Excel
• Maintain and update spreadsheets using pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and conditional formatting etc.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Transport team
• Build small scripts and tools (including with AI/"vibe coding" tools) to automate repetitive data and reporting tasks
• Identify manual processes that could be coded or automated, and propose/build solutions
• Write basic code/scripts to help automate data entry and reporting tasks
• Collaborate with managers and operations teams to ensure seamless daily execution

Requirements

• Strong interest and hands-on ability in coding and "vibe coding" and AI Tools (using AI tools like ChatGPT/Claude/Copilot to build and automate things quickly)
• Background in programming — Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Comfortable picking up new coding tools and AI platforms independently
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, conditional formatting, etc.)
• Willing and able to do hands-on data entry work in addition to coding/automation tasks
