• AI-Driven Hiring: use AI sourcing and screening tools to find, filter, and onboard talent.
• Automate Everything: review workflows across finance, marketing and HR and automate repetitive tasks with AI.

About The Role

You will start by managing our baseline bookkeeping and government compliance, but your role will quickly expand into AI-powered hiring and marketing. We will train you to use cutting-edge AI tools to automate manual workflows, generate marketing engines, and streamline talent acquisition. No prior corporate experience is required. We care about your drive, your tech-savviness, and your hunger to build the future of automated business operations.

What You’ll Do

• Finance & Compliance: Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure we stay 100% aligned with government and tax requirements.
• AI-Driven Marketing: Use AI tools to help brainstorm, create, and schedule marketing content, track campaigns, and scale our brand footprint.
• AI-Driven Hiring: Leverage AI sourcing and screening tools to help us find, filter, and onboard great talent as we grow.
• Automate Everything: Look at our workflows across finance, marketing, and hiring, and actively try to "automate yourself out of the boring parts" using AI.
• Collaborate: Enjoy the flexibility of remote work, but be ready to meet face-to-face for strategic brainstorming sessions when needed.

Who You Are

• The Foundation: You have a background or foundational understanding of bookkeeping and compliance (via a degree or coursework).
• The Mindset: You are a "big thinker" who gets frustrated by inefficiency. If a task is repetitive, your first instinct is to find a software or AI tool to do it for you.
• The Curiosity: You are incredibly eager to learn how to prompt, train, and deploy AI across different departments (Finance, HR, and Marketing).
• Adaptable: You love the idea of wearing multiple hats and learning how a business runs from the inside out.
• Local-ish: Available for full-time work and able to attend in-person meetings when required.
