Job summary

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee upgrade, retrofit, and asset enhancement projects within live mission-critical environments in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate consultants, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders, and develop schedules and progress reports.

The role requires experience in data centre projects, M&E systems knowledge, and strong coordination and communication skills to minimise disruption to ongoing operations while delivering

Qualifications

• Experience in project delivery within data centres, critical facilities, M&E, industrial, or infrastructure environments.
• Good understanding of MEP systems such as UPS, generators, HVAC, chillers, electrical distribution, BMS, and fire protection systems.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with asset enhancement, fit-out, refurbishment, retrofit, or upgrade projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of construction, testing & commissioning, and project management processes.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data centre upgrade, refurbishment, and retrofit projects.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Develop project schedules, project plans, and progress reporting.
• Monitor project scope, budget, quality, safety, and timelines.
• Support tendering, procurement, and contractor selection activities.
• Review technical submissions, engineering proposals, and construction plans.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Ensure works are executed with minimal disruption to live operations.
