Job summary

Cardinal Health International Philippines Inc. is seeking a Data Center Ops Senior Analyst who will deeply understand business processes across units and align IT capabilities to enable value. You will maintain business relationships and apply requirements engineering to drive improvements.

You will facilitate elicitation sessions, analyze complex problems, and mediate across IT teams to ensure effective solutions within SDP/SDLC frameworks. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Knows and executes best practices for business analysis processes.
• Defines requirements per SDP/SDLC and aligns to project scope.
• Leads elicitation sessions using interviews, documentation analysis, surveys, site visits, business models with executives, managers, developers and subject matter experts.
• Facilitates the team through the analysis of, and makes recommendations towards, complex business decisions.
• Mediates across different IT teams utilizing knowledge of IT and roles and responsibilities within the organization.
• Focuses on process analysis and re-engineering, with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment.
• Demonstrates excellent listening, communication, and facilitation skills.
