Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a DC Site Operations Specialist to support the TAC team in maintaining reliable data center operations. The role focuses on routine checks, troubleshooting, and adherence to safety protocols to ensure system stability and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least one year in a technical support role within data centers or IT infrastructure, with knowledge of PDUs, UPSs, and HVAC systems. CDCP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Science).
At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role within a data center or IT infrastructure environment.
Experience with PDUs, UPSs, and HVAC systems is advantageous.
Certifications in data center management such as CDCP are highly preferred.
Training in emergency response and safety protocols for data centers is beneficial.
Familiarity with data center safety standards and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Assist in routine checks and troubleshooting to achieve system stability and efficiency.
Maintain data center equipment and monitor performance to ensure reliability.
Document issues, actions taken, and preventive maintenance tasks.
Support compliance and safety procedures within the data center environment.
