Job summary

Globe is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of data center design and construction projects, ensuring delivery within quality, safety, and budget targets. You will oversee day-to-day construction activities, manage procurement, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet baselines and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction activities and ensure alignment with baselines and processes.
• Maintain strict control over schedules, budgets, and resource deployment.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of critical infrastructure (diesel gensets, UPS, chillers, switchgears, ECMS).
• Manage end-to-end procurement for consultants, GC, and long-lead equipment and POs.
• Coordinate vendor pre-qualification, bidding, contracting, and PO issuance.
• Lead cross-functional teams across design, testing, commissioning, cost control, and operations.
• Ensure design/construction meet local and international codes, environmental rules, and QA benchmarks.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies across the project lifecycle.
• Maintain punchlists, defects rectification, and timely handover to operations.
• Provide regular progress reports, manage stakeholder expectations, and escalate issues timely.
• Guide project closure with as-built BIM, OMs, and final handover to client.
