Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or engineering.
• 4+ years of IT networking experience focused on data center and enterprise networks.
• CCNP or higher certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with vendors for project services and updates.
• Collaborate to design IP networks for new projects and enhancements.
• Lead POC activities and assess performance for customer projects.
• Provide 24/7 support for network escalations.
• Manage change management for network changes.
