Job summary

Okada Manila is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to lead the deployment, maintenance and troubleshooting of the data center infrastructure. You will design and implement network architectures, manage monitoring systems, and provide escalated support to internal and external customers.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, problem solving, and collaboration with vendors and IT teams to ensure high availability and performance.

Qualifications

4+ years minimum experience in IT concentrating on network engineering with CCNP or higher-level certification(s) in Routing & Switching, Voice, Data Centre or Security OR equivalent experience.
Hands-on knowledge of data center networking and related tools.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities with a proactive service mindset.

Responsibilities

Technical competency in Data Center Network infrastructure deployment and execution.
Manage network management/monitoring system.
Identify technologies and solutions to support the technology road map.
Provide subject matter expertise to related technology disciplines for collaborative projects.
Interact with vendors for project services and updates.
Collaborate with team to design IP networks for new projects.
Lead PoC activities and performance assessments for customer projects.
Provide 24/7 support for network escalations and ensure SLA adherence.
