Job summary

Globe is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of data center design and construction projects, ensuring targets for quality, budget, and timelines are met under the direction of the Head of Construction Project Management.

You will enforce a strong safety culture on site, oversee procurement and vendor management, and coordinate diverse teams to drive commissioning and handover through IST and CX milestones.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and site management.
• Experience with data center infrastructure and critical systems.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and scope changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction activities and ensure baselines are met.
• Enforce safety culture and conduct site inspections and RCAs when needed.
• Oversee procurement, contracting, and vendor pre-qualification processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, PM, testing, and ops.
• Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies across the project lifecycle.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, reporting, and escalation of issues.
• Oversee testing and commissioning activities up to IST and CX milestones.
• Drive project closure, handover, and documentation packages.
