Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of data center design and construction projects in the Philippines. You will ensure delivery within time and budget while meeting quality targets.

You will enforce a strict on-site safety culture, coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams, and oversee procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of critical infrastructure to achieve project milestones.

Qualifications

• Strong communication across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day construction activities, ensuring alignment with baselines, constraints, and PM processes.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of critical infrastructure (diesel generators, UPS, chillers, switchgears, ECMS).
• Manage procurement: hiring of consultants, GC, long-lead equipment, and POs within budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams including design, testing and commissioning, cost control, and procurement.
• Ensure quality control meets local/international codes and internal standards.
• Proactively identify and mitigate complex project risks throughout the lifecycle.
