Job summary

The RELX data analytics team is seeking a Data Analytics Supervisor to lead a group of analysts and data engineers in turning complex data into strategic insights that drive business decisions. You will oversee data infrastructure, define key metrics, and deliver reports to senior management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on analytics experience, and the ability to translate data findings into actionable

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3–5 years experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication, problem solving, project management and delegation skills.
Has a strong sense of ownership relating to tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of analytics professionals including data analysts and data engineers.
Oversee data infrastructure and analytics processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Define key metrics and deliver comprehensive reports to senior management.
Coach and mentor team; conduct performance reviews and development plans.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to optimize operations and insights.
Drive data‑driven improvements and support strategic decision‑making.
