Reed Elsevier Philippines is hiring a BI Support Analyst to maintain and improve BI solutions across the organization. You will ensure data accuracy, reliability of reports, and timely issue resolution while collaborating with business and technical teams to optimize analytics processes.

Responsibilities include building data pipelines, translating complex data into executive visuals, and leveraging AI to accelerate analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in business intelligence or data analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling (Snowflake, Databricks, SSRS).
• Expertise in BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Clear communication of findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and data quality discipline.
• Strong data warehousing fundamentals and statistics basics.
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and ML concepts.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to learn enterprise AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the build and maintenance of data pipelines feeding dashboards.
• Translate complex data into clear executive visuals.
• Leverage generative AI to accelerate analysis and hypothesis testing.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Support real-time decision-making with automated reports and alerts.
• Create and maintain standard reports and BI dashboards.
• Assist data quality checks and document data issues.
• Document analysis processes and maintain technical docs.
• Extract and validate data from multiple sources using SQL.
• Support ad-hoc analytics requests.
